It’s been a long time coming, but after about a year of freelance work, NO THEFT has finally got his portfolio up!!! It’s still in it’s first phase, with more artwork on posters, shirts, albums, and logos on the way. He continually amazes me and ups his game each and every time. Sasha Barr has just put out 3 clean print pieces for Seattle’s own The Head & The Heart who just recently joined the SUB POP family! Jerod Gibson adds one more element by putting memorable quotes within the artwork from each movie. If you’ve seen any of these movies, you’ll recognize each icon and the quotes are sure to make you remember what made these films so great.

I’m really impressed by this kids niche in the poster scene. Bringing hand drawn illustrations to the poster scene requires great vision and dedication. His color choices are super fresh as well and his use of texture makes things really pop. Follow John, he’s prolific in his quality and output. John draws everything up and screen prints it all himself.  Make sure to spend time at his SITE as well at his Etsy shop, I sure am.

Ben sent me this today! This fits so true to me. Something about the evening brings  lot of inspiration, maybe cus i’m the most awake then ;D Keith mixed in coffee grounds into the black ink on the print, scratch and sniff style! That’s terrific and certainly fits the work to the early dawn feel.
