FEIST DOCUMENTARY
I always am inspired to create when I put Feist on or watch a live performance of hers. Her work is a supreme craft that is unmatched. On December 7 she is releasing “Look at What the Light Did Now”, a documentary on the journey of writing/recording/supporting her album ‘The Reminder’. The trailer sneaks us a peak of some intimate behind the scenes ingredients that swarm together to reveal a glimpse of the gusto that’s behind her creative process. I’m gitty about this.
Runaway
Featuring music from his upcoming album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy (slated to drop November 22), Kanye West debuted his first short film, Runaway, last night.
THATH
For about 6 months now, I’ve been hearing a lot about The Head And The Heart from my Seattle friends. I was super excited that they were finally making their way down to CA. Last week, they played a FREE show at the Silverlake Lounge. Their energy was stupendous and the place was packed. It was nice getting to chat with them a little bit after the show and it made my day that they connected Le Grand Cru to Tommy. Hopefully they’ll make it back to this area soon!

Brooke Fraser
Brooke Fraser is recording her new album entitled Flags and she’s been documenting the progress. In this one, she has Jon Foreman come out and help with a song. Keep a close eye out at the 2:11 mark for our friend Keith Tutt who also helped on this project.
