Golden Half Giveaway
Brooklyn5and10 has blessed us again with another product to give away! The Golden Half camera is a 35mm half-format camera which basically turns a roll of 36 exposures into 72! They sent me one to try out and here are a few images. (Keep reading for a chance to win one!)
I found out that it’s easier to keep track if you take 2 pictures in a row, otherwise you could get confused as to which half of the frame you’re on. Also, when taking the film into develop, make sure that you leave special instructions saying that it’s double frame, otherwise it could be cut wrong.

FEIST DOCUMENTARY
I always am inspired to create when I put Feist on or watch a live performance of hers. Her work is a supreme craft that is unmatched. On December 7 she is releasing “Look at What the Light Did Now”, a documentary on the journey of writing/recording/supporting her album ‘The Reminder’. The trailer sneaks us a peak of some intimate behind the scenes ingredients that swarm together to reveal a glimpse of the gusto that’s behind her creative process. I’m gitty about this.

Ricard Perez is a most talented designer. I’m a huge fan of his illustration, clean, marvelous use of color, and clever. You should spend time on his site or FLIKR and get some further education. I wanted this post to focus on the diff. type treatments he does, GENIUS.
