It’s not vandalism unless you’re looking at it from a purely societal standpoint. Unless there’s just useless use of the word ‘fuck’ or something similar sprayed onto a wall (which can still be argued as art), graffiti is art. I would much rather look at train cars sprayed with graffiti than blank, ugly industrialization, which serves as a reminder as to why urbanization and pollution are ruining the planet.

But yes, art. Let’s ban it, shall we?

I suppose this depends if they had a permit to do this art or not. The key part in the definition of graffiti is that it is a form of vandalism.
